We use several different varieties of chocolate, blending them as necessary so that each of our products has the best balance of sweet, rich flavor. For our chocolate coated products, we add a thin covering of semi-sweet chocolate, which creates a more complex and sophisticated taste.

We also offer many different flavors, and we’ve taken great care to ensure that each flavor is the best possible blend of flavoring and chocolate.

We only use premium-quality ingredients and all of our flavorings are natural. Some of the flavors have walnuts and others are without nuts, so there are many choices of both types. Whatever your preference, you’re sure to find something you love.

Cappuccino

With a creamy coffee flavor, our Chocolate Cappuccino is for people who know how perfect coffee can be when paired with a rich chocolate dessert. There’s nothing like that slightly bitter coffee taste balanced with a heavenly chocolate fudge bar. This bar always contains walnuts.

Caramel

Our Chocolate Caramel fudge is actually a layer of rich, premium caramel on top of our classic chocolate fudge. It’s an incredible mix of dense chocolate with melt-in-your mouth caramel and crunchy walnuts. And it’s always coated in delicious semi-sweet chocolate.

Chocolate

We call our original fudge "Chocolate", although there's nothing simple about it, other than the fact that it's simply delicious. It's a chocolate fudge unlike any other – we call it the original, classic and best for a reason. It comes in two versions, with and without walnuts.

Dark Chocolate

Our Dark Chocolate is for people who love the bittersweet taste that only comes from a darker, richer chocolate. We offer it in a version with walnuts and one without nuts. Whatever your preference, if you love dark chocolate, it's a revelation.

Vanilla

Our White Chocolate Vanilla Fudge starts as a white chocolate base. Then we add natural vanilla extract, and the result is vanilla-flavored fudge that is anything but ordinary. The exotic vanilla flavor balances the sweetness of the white chocolate perfectly. Try it with or without walnuts.

Mint

There’s nothing more refreshing than a sprightly burst of mint combined with chocolate. Our Chocolate Mint is exactly that – fresh peppermint flavor mixed with creamy, classic chocolate fudge. It’s a clean, bright taste that mint lovers will love. This flavor does not contain nuts.

Orange

When the crisp citrus flavor of orange is combined with rich chocolate, something wonderful happens. The slightly tart taste balances the sweet chocolate, and together they form a flavor that is something entirely new and unexpected. We do not add walnuts to this flavor.

Peanut Butter

We blend a generous amount of creamy peanut butter with our chocolate fudge while it’s being mixed, to infuse the two flavors together perfectly. Then we cover it all in a chocolate coating, with no added nuts. Lovers of this classic combination won’t be disappointed.

Raspberry

It’s no wonder raspberry and chocolate desserts are on menus all over the land. Raspberry is a wonderful, sweet flavor with just a hint of tartness, and when it’s paired with chocolate, the result is a lovely, sweet combination. Our raspberry fudge does not contain walnuts.

Other Ingredients

We pay special attention to our chocolate, of course, but we also ensure that the sugar, butter and walnuts in our fudge are premium quality. It’s all about the taste, and we achieve the best results when we keep it simple and don’t cut corners. Try some and you’ll see.
