It is always best to store our chocolate in a refrigerator and in a sealed plastic bag to limit condensation. We also recommend serving our chocolate at room temperature, approximately 1 hour after removing it from the refrigerator.

Sometimes chocolate can “bloom”, developing a white coating that is completely harmless. It is caused from the butter in the chocolate migrating to the outside of the product, and does not affect the taste.
