We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. If you would prefer to place an order over the phone, please call us at 800-609-4243. We are not able to accept personal checks at this time.
Shipping And Handling Information
All shipments originate from our factory in Hollywood, California. We ship to locations within the 50 United States. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please call 800-609-4243 for rates. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address.
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, which arrives within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipment address. Note that for shipments going to California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona the shipment will arrive within 1-2 business days. We also offer 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air for an additional charge (see below).
Orders placed by 12:00 noon PST will ship the same day. Our standard shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will ship on Thursday or Friday if the order is sent 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air and will reach its recipient by Saturday. We will also ship on Thursday or Friday and use Standard Shipping rates if the shipment is being sent to California, Nevada, Utah or Arizona.
We will not ship for Saturday delivery unless you call or email us with your credit card information, so that we may add a $20.00 surcharge to the shipping cost.
You will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped if you have provided us a valid email address. You can also check your order status by clicking here.
A signature will be required at the time of delivery. We are not responsible if the recipient signs for the package, or has a signature release waiver on file, and the package is lost after delivery.
Please note that incorrect order information could result in a delay of your shipment, since we will need to contact you to inquire about the error. An additional handling charge may also apply.

Summer shipping rates apply from May 1 to October 14. During that time, standard shipping will not be available to orders sent outside of California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. In addition, 3 Day Select shipping will not be available to any shipment address.
A $6.00 summer handling surcharge will be added per shipment address on orders placed between May 1 to October 14. Due to the heat of summer, we must use special care and include cold packs and/or insulated boxes to ensure your order arrives in good condition.
