Free Standard Shipping will be applied to your merchandise total of $100 - $300, per shipment in the continental U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. "Per shipment" refers to an individual package sent to an individual shipping address. Free Standard Shipping will cover the cost of standard ground shipping and, if applicable, the cost of cold packs and insulated containers to keep your chocolate safe. To redeem this special offer, you must have $100 - $300 of merchandise in your shopping cart at checkout. Our regular shipping, handling and insulation charges will apply for orders shipping via standard shipping that are less than $100 and more than $300 in total. Our regular shipping, handling and insulation charges will also apply for 3-Day Select, 2nd Day, and Overnight Delivery. Offer valid only on orders placed on johnkellychocolates.com through 9/1/14, 11:59 PM PST. Offer not valid on previous purchases, corporate purchases, wholesale purchases, or with other offers. Shipping And Handling Information
All shipments originate from our factory in Hollywood, California. We ship to locations within the 50 United States. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please call 800-609-4243 for rates. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address.
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, which arrives within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipment address. Note that for shipments going to California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona the shipment will arrive within 1-2 business days. We also offer 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air for an additional charge (see below).
Orders normally ship the day they are received unless warm weather becomes a factor. During high-volume periods, we may institute a cut-off time of 12:00 noon Pacific time.
Our standard shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will ship on Thursday or Friday via UPS Ground if our assessment of the weather in transit is such that the package should arrive in good condition. We will hold orders placed on Thursday or Friday to ship the following Monday if warm weather requires us to do so. Expedited shipping is always available if timing is important – please call us at (800) 609-4243 if you have any questions.
We will not ship for Saturday delivery unless you call or email us with your credit card information, so that we may add a surcharge to the shipping cost.
You will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped if you have provided us a valid email address. You can also check your order status by clicking here.
No signature will be required at the time of delivery, but if no one is available to receive the package, it is the discretion of UPS to leave the package or not. We are not responsible if someone signs for the package and the package does not reach its final recipient.
Please note that incorrect order information could result in a delay of your shipment, since we will need to contact you to inquire about the error. An additional handling charge may also apply.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: From May 12 to October 14, UPS Ground shipping will not be available to orders sent outside of California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. We will also not ship a 3 Day Select order on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday outside of those states, and instead will hold the order to ship the following Monday.
A $6.00 warm weather insulation charge will be added per shipment address on orders placed between May 12 to October 14, since we will use cold packs and insulated containers to ensure your order arrives in good condition.
