Care & Handling
Our products should be stored and served at room temperature (68-70 degrees F) in a dry environment, avoiding moisture and humidity. They will last 4-6 months if properly stored. If you are using refrigeration, the products should first be placed in sealed plastic bags, especially if the refrigerator is not humidity-controlled.
Products that are topped with salt should not be refrigerated or stored below 68 degrees F.
We have heard some customers claim they like to freeze our chocolates and enjoy them frozen, and we have heard others state they like to microwave our chocolates to pour over ice cream. Both of these practices can be tricky, so we can’t offer guidance or necessarily recommend them. But if it works for you, we say go for it.
